United Airlines

Project Management and Execution Intern

During the summer of 2024 I had the opportunity to intern as a Project Management and Execution Intern for United Airlines at the Los Angeles International Airport 

Some of my responsibilities included:

  • Creating promotional content through Canva to drive engagement and visibility in station 

  • Spearhead the planning and execution of 2 inaugural flight launch events, reaching 200+ clients 

  •  Presented daily status reports to managers

Torero Program Board 

Chair 

For the past three years at USD, I have been apart of the Torero Program Board. I started off as an event coordinator, moved up to a Vice Chair, and am now the Chair where I oversee our team of 8 event coordinators, 3 vice chairs, and 2 marketing team members

Some of my responsibilities include: 

  • Supervise and mentor three Vice Chairs in the planning and execution of large-scale campus events and programming initiatives 

  • Oversee the Marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that increase event visibility 

  • Manage a semesterly budget exceeding $300,000 overseeing fianncial polanning, allocation, and reporting to ensure efficient and transparent resource management

Phi Chi Theta 

Vice President of Membership 

During the Fall of 2024, I served as the Vice President of Membership for Phi Chi Theta, a national co-ed business fraternity. 

Some of my responsibilities included: 

  • ​Orchestrate Fall Recruitment by managing 4 days of events that attracted 70 potential new members 

  • Coordinate professional events by engaging community outreach with alumni and local companies 

  • Direct team of 3 recruitment chairs to bring about outreach and philanthropic opportunities

Digital Marketing Project 

Project Member

I developed and managed paid Google Search Ads to promote and raise awareness for the Shiley Marcos School of Engineering at the University of San Diego.

 

Some of my responsibilities include: 

  • Using a $1,300 budget over the course of three months, targeting prospective students, resulting in 2,244 clicks, 38,279 impressions, and a click-through rate (CTR) of 5.86%

  • Conducting keyword research and analyzing Google Trends to inform ad strategy 

  •  Refined and optimized the ads through an iterative process that included three rounds of modifications to improve performance and relevance
